Divine Metal is a leading manufacturer and exporter of high nickel based special alloy buttweld pipe fittings. Generally seamless monel pipe fittings are available in the size range of ½” NB to 8” NB. For sizes above 8”NB, we offer our customers with seam welded 100% radiography tested monel pipe fittings. Divine Metal offers a complete range of monel pipe fittings such as monel reducer, monel elbow, monel tee, monel cross, monel stub ends and monel pipe bends.

We specialise in the manufacture and supply of monel pipe bends in both standard and non standard sizes, with bending radius of 1D to 10D.

Monel 400 is a copper nickel alloy with high strength and corrosion resistance in a range of acidic and alkaline environments. Monel is based on nickel (65-70%) and copper (20-29%) and also contains iron and manganese (5%) and other compounds.

Monel pipe fittings are especially suitable for reducing conditions in industries such as marine engineering, chemical processing, hydro-carbon processing, heat exchangers, valves and pumps. Divine Metal also stocks and supplies a complete range of monel pipes to complement our existing production range of buttweld fittings and flanges. Monel pipes can be supplied in cut to length sizes and also machined or fabricated to meet your piping requirements.

Marking & Packing

Products are packaged to ensure that there is no damage during transit. In case of exports, standard export packaging is done in wooden cases. All fittings and flanges are marked with Grade, Lot No, Size, Degree and our trade mark. On special requests we can also, make custom marking on our products.

Quality Assurance

At Divine Metal, all fittings and flanges are subject to strict inspection at each stage of the production process, from starting material purchasing to product dispatch. They are visually examined for conformity to ASTM, ASME, MSS, DIN, EN, and JIS codes and standards. Upon request, official certified Inspection Agencies can be called in to witness the material reports, dimensions and quality conformity of products.
